Like many of us, my body adapted to the habits of everyday life early on. Heavy backpacks, often carried over one shoulder, were simply part of growing up. Over time, those patterns shaped the way I stood, sat, and moved.
As a young girl who was hesitant to show her confidence, I often found myself looking down, eyes on the floor. Pilates became a gentle way to unwind those patterns—not by forcing change, but by bringing awareness, strength, and balance back into my body.
