Hi! My name is Val and I'm so glad you are here. I'm a mother of two and I live with my sweet family in the Bitterroot Mountains of Montana.
I believe that true growth and fulfillment come from taking care of ourselves holistically - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Through movement, mindfulness, and connecting with nature, we can tap into our inner strength and resilience.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with others, and I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering community where we can all thrive together.

My 200 hour yoga teacher certification is through Yoga Motion under the guidance of Nancy Ruby and Martha Piersma. I have taught over 1,000 hours of yoga and am now an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. In 2017, I completed 85 hours of advanced training in prenatal yoga with Yo Mama, inspired by teachers Kirsten Warner and Katie Wise and I am now a practicing RPYT. In 2021 I completed a Health Coach certification through the American Council on Exercise and am a Certified Coach of Yoga Mindset Coaching through the Sangha Yoga Institute. Most recently, in 2023 I completed my Peak Pilates Level 1 certification out of Bozeman, MT.
