We are offering the course this spring to help you develop and deepen your own personal breathwork practice.
This new course will feature weekly live online meetings, an expansion of concepts presented in the book, a brand new pranayama workbook, a global community of like-minded practitioners, and time for Q&A. Creating competency around breathwork will help you to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and access deeper states of consciousness. This course is designed to help guide you and to provide accountability as you build and refine your practice.
Based on Jerry's book, Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace this 12-week course will give you an introduction to breathwork, its benefits and effects, and nine different breathing techniques! Led by the author, Jerry Givens, and seasoned yoga teacher and coach, Val Aerni, this live online course will focus on how to use pranayama to regulate your nervous system and create a happier and healthier life.
This course is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. In our weekly meetings, you'll receive a new pranayama technique to practice for the week, have space to ask questions, and be in community with other like-minded practitioners. Each meeting is recorded so that you can revisit the guided practices week after week.
