Yoga Mindset Coaching supports individuals in understanding their relationship with anxiety; the physical sensations, feelings and thoughts. Clients are empowered to identify and transform false beliefs, and calm their nervous system through curated yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditations. Through the coaching process clients learn to live with more calmness, clarity, curiosity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness.
