October 25-26 AND November 8-9
Deepen Your Understanding of Yin Yoga
Step into the stillness of yin yoga—a practice rooted in long-held, passive postures designed to gently target the body’s connective tissues: fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Unlike more dynamic styles, yin encourages you to slow down, turn inward, and truly listen to your body’s wisdom.
In this immersive training, you’ll not only learn the foundational yin yoga postures, but also explore the deeper philosophy behind the practice. You'll develop an understanding of how yin helps cultivate patience, presence, and self-compassion, while also gaining insight into your own physical and mental edges.
This training is more than just poses—it's an invitation to reconnect with yourself through stillness, mindfulness, and authentic self-inquiry.
