WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RETREAT:
- 5 nights, 6 days at Topia Retreat Center, nestled in Baja California Sur’s charming agricultural El Pescadero community, with the Pacific Ocean just a few steps from our front door.
- Join Val Aerni for daily yoga sessions designed to build confidence, deepen your connection to your body, and expand your practice — all while empowering you to show up more fully, freely, and authentically you.
- Explore Todos Santos, a quaint and enchanting pueblo just 15 minutes from Topia.
- Enjoy delicious meals - Early morning continental breakfast snack, daily brunch/lunch, hearty afternoon snacks, and dinners with an emphasis on organic, local ingredients (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options available).
- Adventure along the breathtaking coastal hike from Punta Lobos, featuring panoramic ocean views, and lunch on the beach.

A note on flights

Arrival at Topia
It is recommended that you arrive between 2-4 PM at SJD airport. 2 PM is the earliest that guests can be picked up the airport.
Departures from Topia
Shuttle pick up is 11:00 AM from Topia
We recommend leaving Topia 3 hours prior to your flight departure, so
it is best to avoid departures earlier than 2 PM.
*Additional shuttle rides may be arranged at guest's expense
Arrival at Topia
It is recommended that you arrive between 2-4 PM at SJD airport. 2 PM is the earliest that guests can be picked up the airport.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before February 1, 2026 receive a full refund minus the $750 deposit.
Of course life happens and while I wish to be flexible, due to the nature of this retreat—our commitment to the retreat center, accommodations, and planning-all deposits are non-refundable.
If after February 1st you're unable to attend, you have the option to try and transfer your spot to another person (to get your money back). I am able to assist with this transfer if needed.
Travel insurance is required to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances. Cancel for any reason policies are recommended and often times, must be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit.
